Awesome Dealer with GREAT OE PART PRICES!

For the past few months, I have been ordering parts from Toyota a Newnan in Georgia. As I live in Alabama, this cuts down on the shipping costs. I have to say, I have shopped around everywhere and I can't find a place with better OE prices and service than this place. I deal with a guy named Gary Smith. I am keeping my 2000 T4R Limited 4WD in pristine condition and this means OE parts. I have bought everything from interior parts to mechanical replacement parts and I can't say enough about these guys. If you need OE parts and want great service, THIS IS THE PLACE WE HAVE ALL DREAMED OF! This guy takes the time to call you and make sure he is getting EXACTLY what you need. I bought all my timing belt parts (belts, water pump, tensioner, pulleys, etc.) from him and everything arrives quickly and at a price no one can match for OE parts.

Haha I know you want oem but with small thinks like timing belt stuff and little things like that, I use rockauto.com but I'm not gonna knock that guys hustle maybe he is the one good dealer guy. Too bad I live in texas

I received an email from a posted Toyota dealer on here and on other boards saying that they would be ceasing Internet sales due to pressure from Toyota. This makes no sense to me, since Toyota is moving inventory (parts) and get paid by the dealers for them.

The only reason I can assume Toyota made them cease is that other dealers, with part salesmen who make Forrest Gump look like a Rhodes Scolar, complained that they do not engage in Internet sales, thus they cannot move as many parts.

Pretty much, I was really trying to say rockauto is the way to go. Haha

What it might

mean is that they're no longer going to provide aftermarket OEM parts for 3rd gens. They could capitalize well from negotiating the tooling rights and sales network. Its a natural progression where as years pass they stop supporting vehicles that are X amount of years out of production or how many remain to make the further support profitable.

I wish that the dealer was just doing away with certain part lines, but it is from 2012s on down.
