Awesome new 3rd Gen 4Runner have some questions for the vets

I just bought maybe the most clean 1996 4 x 4 SR5 3.4 L off a fireman with 215,000 miles. See pictures below

I do have a few things I like to fix or change if doable?

1. The truck has an old man emu suspension with 880 springs I believe. I'm wondering if there is a better suspension to give a smoother yet aggressive enough off-road suspension ride as I find it a little bit rough of a ride. He put this in here because he said when it was loaded he would literally bottom out with a bunch of people and gear in it. Any suggestions and cost?

2. Brakes leave a lot to be desired as I believe their disk front and drum back and just feel kind a week overall. Has anybody switched to disk all the way around and if so suggestions and cost?

3. Steering is rack & pinion I believe, definitely not power steering and wondered if anybody switched and how to make steering more fluid overall? Suggestions and cost?
