I was doing my oil change today when I noticed that some grease was coming out of the axle boots closer to the engine through the clamps. I checked the boots and they are fine. The clamp is not that tight because I was able to move it. Is it ok to place another clamp like the one pictured on top of the original clamp to make it tighter? I know is a big job to replace the axle boots but they are not really cracked it's just that the grease is coming out due to a loose clamp. What's your recommendation?
