Yes, Azusa Ave north from the 210 will take you up there. I did everything I wanted to in a bone stock '97 yesterday.

Just the 8 bucks and you're set. If u plan to park outside the ohv area then a pass is required.

If you plan on parking on the shoulder going up to the OHV area for an extended amount of time, then yes- you'll need a pass. The $8 only covers the OHV area.
