B-Quiet Sound Deadening Material

I was gonna purchase Dynamat Extreme from Amazon, the bulk pack, but did a search and in another thread someone mentioned this company. So I just placed an order and hopefully it's just as good as Dynamat.

The company is B-Quite and their website is B-Quiet sound deadening material

The Dynamat was $135.95 with free prime shipping and only included 36 square feet whereas this B-quiet was $149.99 after shipping for 50 square feet. I'm getting each extra square foot for a dollar.

I plan on sticking this stuff on the doors, maybe even on the door skins right behind the speakers. I'll put some under the center console, perhaps I'll take the rear floor out and stick this back there as well. I should have plenty so I might even apply some to the hood as well. The roof would be nice, but there is no way I'm gonna have the patience to take out the headliner and all the rear panels. I would break too many clips in the process.

I'll post pics as soon as I receive this and start my new project. Just wanted to give a heads up and throw this company out there if anyone plans on doing anything similar.

I have heard of them, however have not used the stuff personally. I am sure its great. I put a bunch of stinger road kill (basically the exact same stuff as dynamat extreme) in the truck when they put my stereo in. Front and rear doors, rear tailgate, and sides of rear cargo area. You will be amazed the difference it makes. The doors themselves are about 5 lbs heavier now and no longer feel hollow, tinny and cheap. The noise difference is also very noticeable, much more quiet.

Let us know how you like the stuff. You will be amazed how fast it goes though! You think you have a ton and next thing you know you dont have enough to finish!

Whats the best way to take out the rear side panels? I removed the driver side one enough to route a CB coax cable through, but those little snap clip things are quite strong and don't want to come out without force.

Be honest I dont know. I had a shop put my stereo in and build my box for my sub on the passenger side. I had them put it all in. Sorry

Have you posted pics of the custom sub? One of these days I will probably add a sub and amp to mine as well. If you have posted pics just say yes, and I can just do a search, save you some time from posting any links/etc.
