So here are some pics from Moab! Had a blast riding slickrock... rode to both outlooks and it end up being about 15miles, definitly wore me out.
Spent the night in the La Salle National Forest, and then headed down to Mill Creek to look for some swimming holes that he hear about. Found the swimming holes which were very cold but better than a cup of coffee to wake you up! Also came across a few mine caves that I heard is where one of the 'Planet of the Apes' was filmed. Came across some petroglyphs... then found the trail 'metal bender'. Got about 6miles in and then ran into an obstacle called 'The Wall'. I tried the right side but decided to turn around since I was the only car we had on the trail. I'm pretty sure that the left side is actually easier but is more visually intimidating. Decided to turn around after trying the right side twice and freaking my friend out after getting it on three wheels. Wanted to stay Sunday, but started raining that morning. Lets just say that the drive home sucked, got stuck in Vail from road closures for 5hrs.
Good news is I got my sliders on. here are some pics!
