I recently purchased a 2003 Toyota 4runner (a new T4R member) and realized that the back seat center console was broken. When you pull it out, it should pop-up but the back connections to it is broken. Does anyone know of any cheap websites to buy a whole new one or how i can fix this the cheaper way?!

Don't know about fixing it (or anybody who does), try searching ebay for one of those. Contact the dealer to see if they're even available to purchase.
EDIT: our trucks aren't getting any younger, if you can, get it if it bothers you that much. In a short time, I'm sure you WON'T be able to. Just saying........
