Back Up Lights -- any brighter?

I've been searching throug the forum over the last week, but haven't seen anything about this. Tonight was the first time I've noticed, but my backup lights on my '06 Sport are pathetic. I've seen lots of info on Fogs, HID (front) and interior, but nothing on back up lights. Is there any way to realy brighten up them without adding anything exterior (would like to just replace existing if possible)?

I put silverstars in my reverse lights, and it made a world of a difference! They throw and extremely bright white light that's night and day over the stock bulbs! They were like $7 for the pair at autozone!

The '06 uses a 921 bulb for the reverse lights. That's the same bulb in my and my g/f's Mustang's 3rd brake light. I replaced the stock 921 bulb in her Stang with the Sylvania Silverstar and it is definitely brighter. They advertise it as 30%. Give that a try. If that doesn't do it for you, then you could try adding a third lamp.
