Back window wiper isn't moving?

When I turn the back window wiper on, it doesn't even move at all. Even when I try to make the fluid come out by twisting all the way, nothing happens. Does this mean that there is no fluid to clean the windows with? Or how else can I fix this?

I would bet the wiper is broken.
Even if there is no fluid it should still turn on.
It might be the wiper switch is bad.

check to see that the back window is up completely. if not fully closed, wiper or washer wont come on.

exactly what i was going to say, even if its only cracked open it wont work.

Fixed

I filled up the fluid and no luck, but tried putting the window down and then back up and it worked, it must have been not closed all the way like you guys are saying. Thanks
