Backfire when brake is applied? 95 4Runner 3.0

So this whole thing has been going on for awhile maybe a month or so, I toke my truck into Toyota to get a few things done, timing, plugs and wires, cap rotor, tps and new brakes.

I drove around for awhile everything was great! But I heard a hissing from my booster when I push on the brake pedal, and I so I replaced the booster Becuase it was leaking. And now when I push on the brake pedal it wants to die and back fires? Any ideas?

Iv made sure that all the wires are still connected and iv checked for hidden codes and no codes, and all wires are good, and the idle is at 800/900 rpms.

Becuase I know sometimes when the idle is to high and you push on the brake it would want to cut the fuel and wants to die. So the idle is were its suppose to be

When replacing the booster did you take out the little round plastic valve in the vacuum line and not put it back in?
