Bad Coolant Leak

My 95 4runner 3.0l 2wd automatic is leaking fluid pretty badly. I recently replace the radiator on it. Here is a pic of where the fluid is leaking from.

This is where the hose coming from the bottom of the radiator connects to the engine block. The leak appears to be coming out of the plastic piece that connects to the engine block itself. Does anyone know what this piece is called and if I can just replace a gasket for it. Or would I need to replace the entire plastic piece.

Thanks

looks like it could be the water pump or water outlet, if its leaking from the weep hole then its a bad water pump and you will need to replace it along with the gasket. You also might as well get a new thermostat. Also does it continuously leak even when its cold? if so then its prolly a gasket, another way to check the water pump is working correctly is to let the car warm to regular operating temp and squeeze the upper radiator hose to see if there is a surge of pressure, that should ensure that the pump is working correctly.
