Bad misfire on cold starts

I performed a thorough smoke test using a fog machine today--the test yielded no apparent intake or exhaust leaks. My next steps will be to install new fuel injectors and find a junkyard MAF sensor to test if the injectors don't fix the issue.

I have not, but I will conduct a compression test on all cylinders before I install the new fuel injectors.
