bad slip joint

while driving on the freeway i can move the wheel back and forth a significant amount and it wont move, seems as though the steering wheel is loose. also it wanders quite a bit and if it is windy... good luck, it will get blow all over.

Check TTORA for the 'slip joint mod'. It will show you how to test to see if that is actually causing the free play. Also jack up the front end and test your Tie Rods by grabbing the tires and manually steering back and forth to see if there is free play there.
