Bad Vibration/Noise on Braking

I was backing my 4Runner out of my driveway, and when I hit the brake, a significant rumble, both in sound and vibration, occurred before I stopped. It almost sounded like ABS, but it wasn't as fast, it was much louder, and the brakes weren't locked. It also happened while going forward and braking. I really hope this is nothing bad. Any ideas?

Did it just start all of a sudden? I had a rotor warp issue recently that sounded and felt like that. I replaced the rotors and no problems since.

I never noticed it, or anything like it, before today. The front rotors and pads are brand new. I would think bad rear drums would have been gradual

my rotors on my explorer made like a whistlie when they were warped hmm,
have it looked at, i hate that though cause you know theres like some noises you here only when your moving at a certain speed but cant find it at a stop lol

Ok if its a vibration in the steering wheel at highway speeds its front rotors... if you feel it in your seat/ass/body of runner I say rear drums... could be warpped drums or lesking rear exle seals or over tightened rear brakes... lemme know what you feel or notice... if its steering wheel it could be loose inner tie rod ends or power steering rack bushings or sway bar links let me know more info please.
