Bad Vibrations

When I hit the brakes there is a vibration that occurs and its worse if I hit them hard. Sometimes it feeds back through the steering wheel. I replaced the rotors last spring. I checked the rotors, drums, and all pads and they all look good. Rear pads are getting low but still plenty left, however they are worn a little uneven from the top to bottom of pad. Any thoughts on what it could be?

I have the same problem. when im stopping from going anything above 50 especially 70 the truck feels like it will shake apart. another thing i noticed is that when i release the brakes from a stop their is a slight squeak noise.
 
Yeah only while braking. I called Toyota and they said their sure it's my rotors just by what I told them. I ordered the parts for the tundra upgrade from autozone for $356 and will be having Toyota put them on for me on Wednesday. I get a discount on service at Toyota because my parents have bought a lot of cars from them, but their parts are ridiculously over priced.
 
ROTORS!!

FYI I upgraded to Brembo cross-drilled and slotted rotors with performance pads and my brakes now kick @ss. Much better than stock. I don't know how they compare to the tundra setup but I assume the Brembo performance setup is better.
 
I first thought the rotors too but I just replaced them about 18K miles ago with a pair from Auto Zone. Do they suck that bad?
