The 4 runner is packed and ready to go, heading out at 5
o in the morning, at the border by 6.30 or 7, then to Ensanada for some logistics and off to LA bay, if not San Quintin. Pre run La bay to San Ignacio, will do this probably 2 times, then back to La bay to relax before the Truck gets too us.
Usually we take the dodge desert tank, but i just sold her, so had to pack 10 pounds of crap into a 5 lb 4 runner, we will be fine, just not so sure about those LC coils. Not going to be bombing the runner, she is mostly for transportation and can run into the race course to bring parts if needed, and they are near her.
Here are a few pics of the roof rack loaded up, and the communications center. We also have a SAT phone and hand held 2 way radio, AT n t phones seem to work most places in Baja for some reason.
Be back the folowing sunday and will post up some pics of baja.
