Anyone know how these work? My light has a threaded bolt or stud coming out from the light body on each site of the light. Then it sits in the brackets and a nylock nut it tightened on each end. Not quite sure how this would work.

Anyone know the thread specs on the bolt/stud? Was thinking about just trying to order a security nut on amazon.

It replaces the threaded stud, I have the same kit on my light.

Thanks. How is that removed? I don't have the light down from the rig and it's been a while since I installed, but I don't remember them looking like they could be removed.

They either have an end that a Allen key can fit into. Or you can do the to bolts snugged up against each other trick to undo them.

the studs have a opening on the ends for allen key.

Much cheaper to buy the security screws elsewhere.

Planning to put in security torx on side, and the 2 pin on the other side hah.

i went with 3/4" or 5/8", forgot what i bought.
