Balancing Issue with new Michelin Tires

Clearly Costco Tire Center has serious issues balancing the bigger tires on the Toyota 4Runner.

I have a Toyota 4runner and the tires and wheels have been badly balanced on more than one occasion.

Frankly I am tired of the incompetence and attitude of the Costco Tire Center managers.

The last time was in late 2018 which resulted in a $742 repair to my front calipers. Apparently misbalanced tires and wheels can cause significant brake damage.

For the longest time I had balance issues as described on this thread. Thought it was the tire, the tech, the equipment being used to balance the tires. I went to NTB, discount tire, the dealership to balance the tires, none of them fixed the issue. Finally, ~3 years ago, dealership said my driver side hub bearing was bad. I bought a set of hubs from a forum member and had a shop install them. It was like night and day! The vibration at 60-70mph was gone and the ride smooth. No vibration ever since.
