17s still don't make me feel better since I was used to my Eclipse running 13.1s uncorrected but at sea level the car turned a 12.5 which is about right for the turbo I had and correction numbers don't work with turbos.
16.6 is till impressive for the few mods you have and that's about on par with a previous gen Tacoma with a SC run back in '02.
Now just work on that reaction time.

:From what research I've been doing, I found that turbo and S/C cars lose only about half of the power N/A cars do at altitude. There were some pretty nasty eclipses there last night too. That was by far my worst reaction time, I glanced at my rpm to see what I was going to launch at (brake torqued to about 1800 rpm) and when I looked up the tree was about halfway lit up, I think my best R/T was still only like .4 seconds or something

SC'd cars suffer since their boost is dependant on how fast the engine turns which is hampered at high elevations the same as it would be for an NA car. SC'd cars can't reach max boost as they would at sea level.
Turbos can reach the same pressure they hit at sea level it just takes a tad longer to hit max boost.
Some of the pros up here have only lost a few tenths from their setups at sea level.
Here's one of my favs and was impressed when this guy was first breaking into the 11s back in '97 with a near stock DSM.
Now he's running 7.8@185
