Just wanted to wrap this thread up with some night time pics of the lights:

Well I finally got some pics of the roof rack lights. Sorry it took so long. Better late than never, right? To my surprise, the pics actually turned out pretty good. I included the non-roof rack lights too.

Projector retrofit 35 watt HID headlights (low beam):

Two Rigid Industries LED Dually floods in front bumper:

55 watt HID offroad spot lights on top of front bumper:

Two 6-inch Rigid Industries LED spot lights on front of roof rack:

Seven cheapo Ebay 9 Watt LED lights on each side of roof rack:

Two 6” Blitzpro LED lights on rear of roof rack:

OEM Halogen fog lights in rear bumper:

(I didn't realize they were so yellow colored.)

Thanks. Yes, the front feet are just sitting on the roof. I made them a little long so that when the rack is bolted to the roof, the front feet are pressed tightly to the roof. There is a foam gasket between the feet and the roof too. The limb risers also aid in holding them down.

Love the low profile of this rack. I've been wanting a full length roof rack for my runner but can't stand the typical rack sticking way up in the air and sucking the gas mileage.
Did you notice any drop in MPG with this one?

Thanks. I didn't notice any reduction in MPG. Its only a few round tubes and a couple of lights. Not much there to catch air and create drag.

I had some questions about yoour roof rack. I'm in the middle of planning my roof rack build and came across your thread. Great job,it turned out great. First question is what size and where did you get the weld on elbows from? I can only find elbows like that that are only in pipe sizing not tube sizing. And second question how hard was it fitting the support tubes? I want to model my rack after yours with some changes to make it my own.
