Would you believe? I have NEVER SEEN a barcelona red 5th gen 4Runner out here in the Nevada Boonies! Lots of white ones, a couple greys, one black (it had California plates on it and was just driving through.....

In 18 months I have only seen two in the wild in all of San Diego (Besides my own). They are pretty rare.

Come to Colorado. They are not too rare here. There are two sitting on my local dealer's lot (a SR5 & a LE). There was a SR5 was getting a Load Warrior rack mounted at my local REI. And traveling back home, I saw one (TE, I believe) traveling in the opposite direction toeing a pair of jet skis. That's just today's sightings.

Barcelona Red in Reno

Had my mind all set on getting a Nautical Blue but this came into the dealership and I kind of fell in love. My last 3 cars have been silver so this is a big change. This was a shot from Grand Teton. All stock right now.

I "usually" buy silver vehicles...

However, I test drove a Barcelona Red 4Runner TE last month and fell in love with the color (and the vehicle). I am getting ready to buy a 4Runner now (finally). I could get a silver one today, or wait until mid-November for the Barcelona Red... I decided to wait for the red!!

How much did those run and was it an easy swap? I loved those rails, was going to plastidip mine until I had cash for a Gobi rack, but would almost skip it all just to keep those.

Same here in Utah, not sure if I never noticed them before but it seems like after I got ours I've seen a couple on the different lots. If sand would have been out I would have got that.

Picked up my T4R TP one week before attending "Stellafane", basically Woodstock for geeks. A weekend campout of amateur astronomers held in Springfield Maine annually.

Then a week later cabin camped outside Jackman Maine. Love this place, down about 15 miles of logging roads from rt 201 at Turner Pond. Behind the T4R is my old 2005 Sienna with 240K miles, now in my daughter's hands for the next 100K or so.
