This is something I would love to do. I'm just not sure if my rig is up to the trip. I will definently be interested in this trip and would love to do it. Is this a family trip or just solo?

lol you know it Paul. Growing up all my dad was worried about was the mileage a car/truck had on it. Him and my brother would always say if its over 150k don't buy it. Guess they never had 4Runners in mind . I'm driving this bad boy till it falls apart, so up to 500k or more lol.

Thanks Caleb, it was -5 here last night, everything on my truck was frozen including my hubs lol, warm water to the rescue lol.

Well I decided I was tired of my son looking all three tone and shit. So I took advantage of these past few nice days. I went and rented a sander from home depot, got me some 60 grit and 80 grit sand paper, some 13 can of paint, 2 cans of clear coat, and went to work on it. After a day and a half of sanding I taped everything up and went to work. I put on about 4 coats of paint for each panel and a couple of clear coats. I guess the only thing left is to wet sand it down with 1500? or higher? and a water hose...right? lol. I also plan on painting where the top sits when I eventually take it off when the weather gets warmer.
