anybody else fresh water fish here?, i just recently bout a 14' Jon boat and love it. i tried getting into the off road scene but just couldn't find the places or money to put into my rig. so far its been great getting out on the water, sit back, relax, and fish. the biggest large mouth Ive caught so far is a three pounder. hopefully down the road, ill catch an 8 or 9 pounder!

More of a steam guy, fishing for trout. But I do partake in some occasional lake fishing. Cats, Bass, and Blue Gill.
Need to grab myself a little aluminum boat to tow :) :fishing:
Wheres your guys' favorite spot?

small ponds and lakes for me, dont really wanna take my small jon boat on a big lake. ill eventually get a nice bass boat when im older!

Around here, the Housatonic and Farmington rivers, & some small local ponds & lakes. Biggest fresh water around here is Candlewood Lake.

Used to wade the rivers a lot, but now I got my ride!

so far the biggest Ive caught was a three pounder. i use a culprit (black and silver worm) or a senko. my buddy does pretty well on spinners and tubes.
