Batteries available for ????

Hi all,
My bro-in-law is converting his electric ATV to Lithium-ion and has these batteries to find a home for. There are 8, they are large and heavy and are not maintenance free. Are these usable as second/backup batteries for extra lights, camping, etc?

We are in the Santa Rosa area north of SF in anyone is interested.
