Battery change-Now rear wiper dont work

Changed my battery today, my rear wiper wont work now, wont shoot fluid on the window or anything. Any one got any ideas or had similar prob?

Might you have bumped the switch and put the window down just a bit? It has happened to me and if the rear window is down even a bit the wiper won't work...

The "AUTO" light in your driver's window switch should be blinking, indicating that it needs to be reset for the auto function to work. Open it part way, then close and hold for a second to reset. Same with the rear window. If you have a sunroof it might need the same. This is somewhere in the owner's manual.

Lower rear window all the way down and pull it back up. This will reset the rear wiper.

no problem..glad that fixed it...I had a moment like that a few years back and called the dealer...yeah I felt like a real idiot..lol..

As a 4Runner driver, you either have experienced a reset or you soon will.
