Bay Area Install Help?? OME Coils

Apologies for piling on this thread. I am in the same boat - located in the Bay Area and would love some guidance and help with an install.

Brand new member and 4runner owner. I just got a Silver 2016 TE w/KDSS. I am thinking of adding a lift/new suspension, sliders and tires. I would love to learn more about my 4runner and be able to work/mod it.

I have noticed many folks have OME or Toytec suspension kits, so I am thinking either of those kits, but would love to hear various opinions.

Would anybody be able to help me out with an install?
