Putting a feeler out there for who might be interested in a trail run / meet n greet type get together either Sept. 2 or Sept. 3 2017?

I am thinking we could meet somewhere like a Starbucks/Pete's for coffee in the morning (meet n greet stuff), then head to a local trail like Signal Peak or Slate Mountain or Plummer Ridge or what ever (nothing too difficult).

Anyone interest or have other thoughts?

Sorry I'm going to pass as the description for this trail says that it's "not for stock SUV's". Mine hasn't had a lift yet and won't probably for awhile. Great idea though.

Went up HWY108 to the Stanislaus National Forest. Little bit of a drive, but really nice area.

Must've been really nice down there.. minus the wind from mariposa? I was in Jackson a few days ago and we could smell the fires from there..

It was a little hazy, but I really didnt notice much else from the smoke or fires. IDK, maybe Im just used to the forest fires

New to the Sac area! Would love to meet some local 4runner owners and hit some trails. Relatively new owner with a totally stock truck. I'm free most weekends and would even be down for a day trip somewhere this weekend if possible. Let me know what happens!

Signal Peak not too bad, stock could make it through the rough stuff if guided and slow. A lot of up hill pulls with loose rock, so street tires not suggested. Some sharp jagged ones also.

Not sure the 4runner would make it as is. May have 33's and full skids installed by then...so tentative.

If you have a lift and decent tires, word is you should be able to make it... armor is always nice... but should be doable w/o

Same trip, I only stayed one night then picked up wifey from work for a trip to Hollister and Pinnacles NP that weekend.

I just got back from a 8 day Cascades Eclipse trip and have work duties next weekend...so no Signal Peak trip for me. Update: Just got a standby for Saturday morning so I plan to make the Starbucks Meetup.

Depending on the date and what I have going on that particular day... Im interested. Sundays are best for me through late Oct.
