Well I said i would regret this. Thought Im not there yet.
Dont laugh at her ground clearance. These things are magical when they come to offroading. Got me up down and through placed my lifted 4runner with 33"S wouldnt have.

I bought a discovery. Can't wait to lift it and deck it out, maybe I would by now if it would just friggen WORK.
It all went great untill I decided I would go on my first REAL offroad adventure/camping trip. Drove 200 miles up to north louisiana to some BEAUTIFUL [for louisiana] national forests. When I got there I decided to take a trail [there were soo many]. Anyways trail was super flat and just deadended so I just turned around. On the way out I heard a hissing and figured I had a flat tire. Got to the road and went to change it.
IT WAS A TRANSMISSION COOLANT LINE. I was out in the middle of no where. Luckily I got some people to get me 5 quarts of ATF and I drove it as far as I could back to the city. Till It QUIT. [I know it was stupid, I had a whining friend with me though] I found a way to patch it using 1" radiator hose and 2 clamps to get me home.
I have to give it to the transmission though ran till it quit twice and when fixed and changed filter she shifts perfectly.
So about a week later shes good and all, so I decide to reward her with a clean throttle body and sparkplugs. I should have never did that. Now I have an idle of 2000RPMS. And trust me I checked EVERYTHING. Im going to have to bring it to a dealer tomorrow as im sure its the computer :redbrick:.
Anyways just be thankfull you guys have SOLID reliable vehicles. I still love her though. As I said in another post. Its SEX ON WHEELS, when there not falling off.
