What is this MPG Challenge?
The MPG Challenge is a Road Rally with an emphasis on getting the best possible fuel mileage possible. To further break it down:
A road rally is a competition where you are given specific directions to follow and try to complete them as close to the target time as possible. They are completely legal as the target time will never require you to exceed the speed limit or drive in any sort of illegal way. Unless you screw up
