the metal tiedown latch kit they used on the four wheeler 5th gen backcountry project for those rubbermaid tuff boxes.

can anyone give me a hand? I'm trying to somewhat model the back of my 4runner after that, and I like how it all fits, but I've been unable to locate who makes that latch set (or if it was custom built), for those rubbermaid action packer boxes.

any help would be appreciated yall. thanks.
