I am thinking mine has to be removing the rear slider. I hated that thing.

But I have a Katzkin leather kit in the mail, so who knows that may top it.

Also getting a new stereo is at the top of the list!

Not sure yet. I have a shop lined up to do it I need them too. I was thinking I would give it a shot and see what happens. I might just have them do the headrest's. I hear those are really the only PITA part of the whole install.
