best performing Spark plug for 2008 4.7L V8??

Spark plugs used to be pretty simple but not these days. I have been searching for the "right " plugs but there are so many numbers I'm getting a head ache
The 4th gen is a few years old now, mine @ 123K miles and my mileage indicator says 16.0<>16.2 mpg. Are the plug numbers in TOYOTA manual valid anymore? I want to chg plugs and this may be the only set of plugs I ever put in this motor which plug is gonna last longest? laser? iridium? krypton? plutonium? platinum?

Stick to OEM. Plugs are one of the few things I don't go aftermarket on.

Part #'s should be in owners/maintenance book.

Denso IK20 = Electrode .4mm (rated 30k)high performance, low mileage
NGK BKR6EIX-11 = Electrode .6mm (rated 60k-70k) mid, mid
NGK IFR6T11 OE = Electrode .7mm (rated 120k) stock performance, high mileage
Denso SK20R11 (OEM long life)= Electrode .7mm (rated 120k) stock performance, high mileage

Hope this helps. These are 4 top-rated plugs. Rated mileage varies on these plugs depending on various factors of your engine. Keep your engine fuel clean and u should be fine. Toyota recommends the SK20R11 but I found in the owners manual that the discontinued "IFR6A11" is also comparable replacement, the new one is the IFR6T11.

I used the Denso SK20R11 about a year ago and have had no issues. Bought them off Amazon.
