OEM wires and ngk oem plugs all day. Unless you are running a full after market ignition or just want the looks then there really isn't a point that i can see.

For plugs, NGK or Denso, just like the manual says.

For wires, the thicker (mm) the better. IIRC, the stock ones from the dealer are reasonably priced.
