Best Rack for 3rd Gen?

What is the best rack for the 3rd gen? I have seen the normal racks, ie Yakima and Thule and don't like these racks. With them mounting on top the existing rack they sit way too high for my taste. I like the racks that will sit into the existing rails. I have seen and like the BajaRack, but any other suggestions?

You could take off your factory raills and get the rain gutter mounted feet for the thule

Bajarack is very nice. I was the 3rd person to have one and loved it. They now offer a full length version as well. Two other options are the Gobi(2 versions) and Outdoor Logic makes a nice rack as well, which is what I am running currently.

I bought and waiting for them to arrive, since my 4r didn't have any rack at all.
Yes, not even the black plastic strips that cover the pre drilled holes.

Proline tracks that will let me mount thule Cross bars. I got the 56" length that will give me almost the whole roof to slide the cross bars or add more than two.

will get pics once installed.

I will also plan on using RIVNUT's to mount the tracks.

hope my brain storm idea will work.

If price is not an issue, Gobi probably makes the best low profile roof rack for the 3rd gens.

guess once its on you dont take it off. but they are nice racks, maybe not as nice as the ones above, but the woman factor adds degree of dificulty in to ones life style.

I would be curious how they would if they could be mounted to the tracks I am looking to get. I do not have stock mounting trips.
