Best seat covers.

The front leather seats in my 97 are showing some age. Especially the drivers seat. Eventually I want to have new leather covers installed but in the meantime im looking for a good set of slip on seat covers. Ive seen several sets on ebay but not sure about quality. Is there a company that makes a custom cover specifically for the 3rd gen 4runner at a decent price?

Not at a decent price, but Wet Okoles. They fit (in Ace Ventura voice) like a glove.

I've seen that coverking gets good reviews online, the JC whitney catalog sells them in a few different variations. With that said, I don't actually have any covers, I was planning on getting some neoprime ones at some point though.

There is only one to get IMO. They are not cheap at all BUT, your are buying something that is made in the US, the customers service is top notch. When you call them they even speak English(amazing I know). The fit and finish is in the pictures. Enjoy man. If you can try and wait for another group buy. They do one on Tacoma world, and FJ from time to time. They take about 25-30% off on the big buys. Hope it helps out.

Coverking

I have a set of coverking seat covers. I like them a lot, they can be a bit hard to get on, but they fit real tight. Not the cheapest either, but they work well.

wet okoles are great and last quite a while, and in the end they are probably going to be more durable then new leather, but if you find yourself not getting wet to often id still consider rewrapping the leather with brand new leather.

I like my limited, because of the leather and to cover it up with something not leather would be hard for me to do, although I do miss going to beach and not having to worry when I get back to my truck about getting my seats wet or anything when I had those covers but to be honest, for everything else, I love my leather. not the best out there but its nice. Also if you are planning to rewrap with leather you can opted for a higher quality leather and make them even more comfortable.
