Best Suspension Setup for 35's

Hello, Looking to get some opinions on what exactly I should use (and where to order the parts from) to put my 4runner on 35's. Truck is a 1999 V^ with a 5-speed. Here's what my best friend suggested: OME 882's with topouts, OME 90004's, 9 wrap Land Cruiser coils in the rear with LC shocks.
Any other suggestions would be appreciated.
