Best way to bleed/flush brake fluid.

Doing some brake work on my 3rd gen soon, and want to flush fresh fluid thru the system.
What's the best way to do it? And is it something that can be done solo?
I was thinking about maybe pushing fluid from the calipers to the master cylinder (it works on motorcycles) but I'm not sure if that works with ABS.

I use a Motive power bleeder.
Makes it a one man job.

speedbleeders. Speed Bleeder Bleeding Brakes Bleeding Motorcycle Brakes Automotive Bleeder Screw Brake Bleeder. turn key to accessory position to activate pump when you are doing the bleed/flush.
And push the brake pedal no more than 1/2 way down. If you go all the way you can eff the master cylinder piston seal/gasket, or something like that. And start with farthest away: rear right, rear left, front right, front left.

Honestly the best way I have done it is using our brake fluid machine. But vacuum bleeders work pretty good too.

I use a Motive Power Bleeder too.

I also use some one man bleeder bottles from Harbor Freight to catch the fluid.
