Best way to fix sagging weather seal?

Hello everyone. I have a sagging weather seal on my driver side door that is driving me insane. I bought this 4runner a few months ago from another person so I don't know if it has been replaced or not but I need to fix this thing asap. Its a 2002 4WD if that info is useful. Whats the best way to repair this? Every time I pop it back into place, another part starts to sag, like its too small or something? I was thinking some adhesive, but don't know which one I should use? thanks in advance.

rubber cement... should do the trick.. smear, let flash, apply, tape it. forget about it

Could the PO have replaced it with something they grabbed off another vehicle?

It looks pretty tight already just hanging there probably part of the problem. I'd try glue it.

Liquid nails clear seal is amazing stuff. $3 in Wal mart. Apply and duct tape in place for about a day. You will not have any more problems. Ive done it....
