Best way to get plasti-dip off?

Seeing if anyone has any tips for getting plasti-dip off of stuff. I know it just peels off, but the hard to reach areas and small amounts of it suck to clean up. Anything anyone has sprayed on it?

try using toothpicks..

when I did mine, it took me a few tried to get it right..

for the tight area -Ie: the O in toyota and the emblem.. I used toothpicks around it and slowly remove it..

what areas did you sprayed?

I'm interested in plasti dipping or powdercoating my wheels. If I plasti dip can I just scrub the small areas that didn't come off if I decide to remove it?

I platsi-dipped a grill and I'm trying to get it off now. Just trying to see if there was something that would loosen it up for easier removal.

Try a heat gun, or hairdryer. Its latex based, once it heats up its easier to work with.

Usually it comes off easier when it's a thick coat.

Otherwise, it's just a long annoying process.

paint thinner gets the real thin layers off. Just neutralize it when you're done

Propane torch always works for me. Just keep the tip of the flame about 5-6 inches away and brush over it a few times. Warms it up and scrapenit off with somethin or if you can get your fingers on it whipe it off.

I'd try some brake cleaner, don't hit the paint on the car though!

I found acetone works to loosen it up and just scraping at it from then on. Thanks for the responses!
