Best Winch Bumper:
ARB or TJM. Take your pick. Both have good reviews. Basically comes down to what you're willing spend!
Best Sliders:
For me, it's Stubb sliders. Just got mine in the mail yesterday. Richard Stubb's is a great guy to do business w/ and the sliders he makes are amazing! Can't beat the price for such a well made set of sliders. http://www.stubbswelding.com/
Lifting the truck to handle the weight of the new front bumper and winch? That's up to you. Depends on how much weight you plan on putting up there. To know for sure, add all that stuff and then see how much your front drops and go from there. At least that will give you an idea on how much you will need to lift it. You could either do the spacer lift or the more stout taller coil lift setup. Up to you. (I'm sure you'll need some kind of lift reguardless.)
