I've heard good things about the Bosch Icon wiper blades. They look pretty cool too.

i got the rainx latitude wipers, they have a curver bend compare to the michellen ones. i got it from rainx.com, also they had some promotion where they give u glass cleaner and rainx treatment for the windows.

I've got the PIAA all the way around, and they work much better than the rubber crap i've always had in the past. I've had them on for about 9 months now, and the sun hasn't killed them like some of the cheap blades i've had on previous cars. If you were nearby i would offer to get you a set for a wholesale price, but the shipping would probably jack the prices back up anyway. Unless you can wait until winter when i will hopefully be up that way!

Well I have found the hydrophobic coating on the OEM 4th gen windshield prevents ANY wiper from performing as advertised. Something about it prevents the wiper from fully clearing the windshield and there is always hazing that lasts for a few seconds after each wipe.
I had the ICONS, they were great but lasted only 6 months before leaving streaks. The streaks were caused by small nicks in the rubber(its really soft). I then tried the PIAA SS and they were was absolutely awful. The fact that each wipe attempts to put more of that hydrophobic coating on a surface that already repels liquids is a double negative and performance suffered severely. I literally had them on for 2 seconds then got rid of them.
I have had the best luck with the Bosh Excel + blades.
FYI, toyota/lexus OEM blades were rated the absolute best by Consumer Reports recently.

I also plan to change my wiper blades. Have any of you tried the Bosch Aerotwin wiper? It's frameless and made all out of rubber and it looks really cool too.

MBaker , Koz , Falls & I tried the Bosch Icons and they don't wipe the whole windshield.
It misses a few inches from the top of the windshield.

I'm always tempted when walking down the wiper aisle to go for something different. But I can't justify the cost for so little, if any, performance improvement. I have been replacing the OEM rubber inserts saving a fair amount of cash in the process and they work perfectly again. I think its a crapshoot when you buy an aftermarket product.
In the winter I use a set of Anco winter blades with the rubber boot around the frame. I dont think the new style blades can hold up to the ice storms in New England.

I've used several different types of blades on the different vehicles I've had. The most relevant were the Valeo and Bosch Icon's. Between the two? Valeo - hands down. I ran them on several of my Audis and there easily the best; they lasted long, wiped cleanly and resisted icing up.
The Bosch's are alright and comparable - but I would not recommend them. I have them on my Tacoma currently and they haven't even last a year. The don't wipe rain away nearly as well as the Valeo's, even when I Rain-X my windshield. They also ice up a lot more. I haven't been that pleased with them.
Going forward, I'm either going to go back to the Valeo's or try out the Rain-X Latitudes.

Bosch Icons... just changed them and did well in rain, sleet and the snow that recently fell.
Try cleaning the rubber on the blades from time to time with a rag dipped in alcohol. This keeps the rubber from getting nicked and pitted with residue remaining on the blade after countless on-offs.

I might give the Valeo's a try. Seems hard to beat for the price.
www.silblade.com 5 Year warranty. The set that I have on my jeep has lasted MUCH longer. When the current blades on my 4 Runner need to be replaced, I'll get a set of Silblades.

Just ordered the Valeo's, hopefully they'll work out well. Less than $30 for the pair.
