Better offset 12 or 30?

Im looking to get some new rims for my 06 SR5.... I saw some 20" rims and there 2 kind of it, one is 12 offset the other is 30 offset? Which one will look better?

The stock 17" wheels are offset 30mm. 12mm offset would push the wheels farther out about 3/4 of an inch which would give it a little wider stance.
Not sure if that would cause rubbing with 20" wheels though.

if i get those 12 offset what size tire should i get so it wont rub???

I hate to say it, but if you do a search I know there are plenty of members here who have 20"s.
Might try the picture thread also.
