Explain this tire to me . Is it a cross between the AT and MT ?? Is it an MT that better suited for road , rain , snow driving ?

I was trying to explain this to my uncle and couldn't agree on it.

Usually sets of 5 go for $450-ish on craigslist, jeep forums, etc. So that's even better!
