BFG AT size on 18" Limited rim?

I have an 07 Limited that came with P265 / 60 R18's.

I'm looking to get BFG AT's for it but the closest size BFG makes is LT265 / 65 R 18.

Does anyone know if this size will create any problems on this vehicle?

You might need some spacers (lift, not wheel). The BFG's for some bs reason always have a larger aspect ratio (height) for any given size of stock 4Runner tires. That, along with the more agressive tread, make them a taller tire. I would like to see that combo if you ever get it...

I have no what sizes they make BFG's in but I would definitely NOT use a smaller tire. That could cause some serious problems...

The only options that you'll have is the LT265/65R18 and spacer lift the 4R if it doesn't fit or get rid of the 18"s and go with 17"s. I'm in the same dilemma but I don't need to worry about ti now cuz I'm gonna use up the OEM tire more, get the lift and then stick the BFG's on my 18's.

The 17's would probably rub the same. They should be the same overall diameter as the 18" tire. Smaller wheel but same size tire.

What I meant was that the 17" wheels have more BFG tire options and you could probably find the same exact overall diameter at oem set-up if you have the 17"s, even more so with the 16" wheels.

They are the same: 265/70/17. They have a larger overall height. BFG says the actual overall diameter for the 265/70/17 is 31.8 and for the 265/65/18 is 31.7. The size, per se, is not your problem. The BFG's have thicker treads and sidewalls, which make them have a larger practical size.
