Yea, I think there were a lot of reviews out with poor mileage results. Maybe they made the rubber too soft on C-Load. Seems like E load people had better luck. So maybe they fixed the rubber compound and added a warranty to ease people's worries. It didn't keep me though.

You need a new tire for sure and I would then get them road force balanced.

I'm approaching 70k on my KO2's. Only issue I had was some cupping that developed either from me not rotating them every 5k or running the wrong PSI. I ran about 15k at 34psi and it started. Did some research and found out they should have been at 44psi since they are LT tires, not passenger tires. Now I have been running 42 and they are great. At around 70k and just now thinking of replacing soon.

Since i'm pretty lazy i'll ask, is there any documentation to support running these at 42-44 psi?

Yes. On the BFG site after you enter your vehicle info there is a disclaimer that they require increase to 44psi. There is also this thread I started a while back which helps explain why somewhat.

Interesting Choice

I got 39,500 miles out of my KO2's, C-Load 285's. I had some balancing issues with them as well. One tire got a nail in the side and it could not be fixed. The other 3 were worn down. When the nail tire finally went flat, I replaced all of them with Hankook Dynapro AT2 RF11's with a 60k warranty last Thursday. Got them put on and no balance issues and they drive great with no noise. Cheaper than KO2s by a lot. $187 per tire.

I recently went with a set of Rubicon take-offs (800 miles) to try out K02's and to test fit 285.
I was always nervous with my SL Wildpeaks in real rocky trails.
Figured used was somewhat a cost effective trial.
Took a lot of weight to balance, but that could also be the used rims I got?
I put another 1000 miles on them and 2 days off road - tires did great.
I even towed a teardrop for a couple days.
I did note that there are 2 BFG C-loads - Q(51lbs) and S(58lbs).
Rubicon uses the Q.

Post some feedback on the Hankook in the future.
