Big Bear Day Trip 11/14/10

Well here are some pictures from a recent wheeling trip I did up to Big Bear with some people from work. In total we had 10 trucks; 3 FJ-40’s, a LC-80, two FJ Cruisers, an 86 Yota Pickup, a totally stock Xterra (shocked there was not more damage done to it), a Jeep and my 4Runner. The credit for the photos goes to one of my coworkers who came along, he is a better photographer than I am!

We spent most of our time playing around on Gold Mountain trail up in Big Bear. It has definitely got more difficult lately.

Here are some of the pics

Blair you were coming down Gold as we were headed up. I was in the group of 7 that pulled off for your group to come down. We continued on to John Bull. Was a beautifull day for a drive.

It was definitely a nice day to be on the trails. I did not realize you were in that group, but did hear from one of the guys it was a TTORA group.

How was John Bull? That is one of the only trails up there I have yet to run.

I have done John Bull twice now. It changes each time you run it. On of the guys had run it the week before and said it had changed a lot. It is a challenge and you do need at least one locker. I was in the back and tucked real far off the trail. There were three of us 3rd Gens in the back that are on here and the other site and we were pulling up the tail. Jmoney, proudrunner and myself.
