New to the forum and this is my first post.
Just purchased my 2014 4Runner SR5 Premium.
For many years I purchased my vehicles from a Broker, Joe Girardi in Detroit Michigan. Since moving to Arizona in 2005 I have always been frustrated with have to return to the torment of 6 hours in a Dealership to purchase a vehicle.
The experience at Big Two Toyota was simply amazing, it is the most unique experience I have ever had at a Dealership. This was my third experience at a Dealership in Arizona the other two where not stellar and for the most part non eventful outside of the Finance Manager game that they all attempt to play on you. Trying to sell someone GAP insurance at 2 or 3 k when you can purchase that from your insurance company for 120 bucks a year is the thing that gets me the most.
Big Two when told that I was all set with the GAP Coverage and top remove it from the contract did excatly that and we wrapped up the deal and took delivery.
I went to the dealer around 5 pm and was out at 8 pm, the delay was they only had one finance manager closing and one of the deals took about an hour to get through.
Outside of that the place is very cool, they have a cafe in the dealer, bought me a sandwich and a soda while I was waiting, most dealers in AZ hand out bottle water so that is pretty much the norm, when you are walking around a car lot in 115 degree weather it is almost life dependent.
The dealer has on premise, a barber, a massage facility, a nail salon, a cafe for sandwiches and refreshments, a barista for coffee and tea and a work area with Wi-Fi. So if you go in for service you can bring you laptop along and work if you need to. Get a hair cut or get your nails done for the ladies.
Really cool experience. The staff are great.
This is my first Toyota purchase and so far I am hooked.
