Dadstoy, I know this is a bit off topic, but did your buddy put a trail hood on an SR5? It looks good.

Yes it is a SR5. It was in the shop one week after he bought it getting the hood put on.
He paid less then 1K for the hood,stickers,honey cone that goes in the scoop,paint and install.
He wanted a TE because he liked the hood. No need for a TE here in Delaware. There is no where to go 4x4 here. The beach when you surf fishing that's it. So he did not want to pay for all that 4x4 stuff that he would not use. So he bought the SR5 and a TE hood.

Ok, let me get this straight- We can put 275 70 17 tires on a stock, non-lifted TE with no rubbing issues? Does this include BFG AT KO's?
What about the same tires on a stock TE with ATX Mojave wheels? I don't plan on lifting my TE, but I would like the biggest tires possible and these wheels if there are no issues...

Today, I installed LT285-70-17 10 ply Nitto Terra Grapplers. Ride and looks better. I only have 1" daystar front spacer, rear airbags, minor mod to plastic in front wheel wells. I had the 265-70-17 Nittos. They are 4 ply and do not like the way they handle in the wind or pulling a boat.

Question about 4runner 2013 trailer
I went to the Toyota dealer in town and they said i can't put a lift on my 2013 trail 4runner... It will void warrenty... What do you think of that? How much did the lift, tires, and wheels cost you installed? also what kind of mpg do you get now with the lift on the freeway/in town?

I would call other dealers and ask them, I was told from two different dealers up to a 3 inch lift does not void the warranty. Go to 4 wheel Parts website and you can add up tires, wheels and a lift. Once you figure out what you want, have them give you a bid on what it would be installed. I really researched things hard before I did it. I will tell you that the 285 M/T's are what will make the motor work harder and you will drop a couple miles per gallon at least. I also noticed a change when I put the Gobi rack on with the Rigid Lights, that dropped another .5 miles per gallon. But I didn't buy this with fuel economy in mind, I bought it because it's Awesome for hunting and wheeling. I get about 16-17mpg now if I milk it. And I usually don't hold back. I go 75 on the freeway when possible and it works harder to get there. I manually shift it most of the time because you can keep better momentum when inclines come at you. It is worth the trade off, plus the Brake Nose dive sucks Balls on the Stocker! You have to run stiff front springs to eliminate the Dive in my opinion and what I have experienced 1st hand!
