Bilstein 5100 rear lower replacement bushing?

Hey guys.
I've been searching around for replacement lower bushings for my rear 5100 shocks. Bilstein hasn't been very helpful at helping me out. I figured that they could ship out the bushings I need (For a Fee of course) but they will only deal with dealers. I have tried aftermarket companies like Energy suspension, Daystar and Prothane, but no one has a replacement for this application.
Has anyone had this problem before and do you know of a solution that doesn't involve buying new rear shocks. My shocks only have 3500 miles on them. the reason I need replacements is because I am swaping to a elocker FJ rear axle and one of the bushings and sleeve are froze on the old axle.

Soak the bushing with Tabasco sauce and leave it for 24 hours. It will come right off.

So you can swap an axle but you can remove a bushing and sleeve. I'm doing an e locker swap and somebody said the fj rear axle has different brake lines where it would be easier to just swap diff's.

The thing is that I am able to remove the bushing, but it won't be usable once it comes off.
The swap would be easier to just do the third member with the housing modification but the fj axle has 20xxxmiles on it with a couple upgrades to gears, brakes and supposedly it has aftermarket stronger shafts. So it ends up being less work for me to swap the axle vs rebuilding my current one.
Are there any other ideas to separate the sleeve from the shaft without destroying the rubber bushings?

I think people were swapping the rear bushings to fit tacoma offload bilsteins on there 4runners. maybe that would work but its gonna be hard not to come close to the $100 that whole shock cost. You might wanna take measurements and find a universal or random bushing that would fit.
