Bilstein 5100s with OEM Springs

Took a quick pic on my way out this morning. Not the best, will try to take some better ones later....

dude your sr5 rims look awsome! did you refinish them or really keep them in that good of shape?
ive wanted to get my sr5 rims some how chromed or polished for sooo long but never seen it done. yours def is pursuading me to do it...the list keeps getting longer and longer! haha

Thanks! The rims were actually like this when I bought the 4Runner in 2010. First chromed ones I've seen. They look good in the pictures, but close up there is a little bit of chipping going on in the crevices, etc.. I'm pretty happy with them, but am considering getting some sport wheels off an 07, 08 or 09, cause I really like the way those look. Options.... My list is really long too!

just a little review on my setup. i had the leaking xreas ripped out and had new 5100 bilsteins (.85 in front) and FJ springs installed.
I find the handling is fine, but still, it feels little shaky or not 'grounded' in the rear. I can't really describe it well, but i don't think it's as smooth as it was before (mostly due to the rear). I wonder if this is due to the springs? are there better springs out there that would ride smoother, better handling? i don't need to lift it, i like the stock height

Interesting. Most seem happy, but I do recall something similar being mentioned before. Would you agree that your issue is the same as discussed in this thread?
